Work basically sucked yesterday. I had the worst cramps I've ever had on top of a(n admittedly mild) migraine and bouts of nausea. I can usually make myself function pretty well through my monthly misery but I could hardly stand up yesterday; I don't know how I got my departments zoned up as well as I did. My sister's parakeet died, poor thing. Her cage was covered, but I guess the blanket got caught rucked up in back by the window and we didn't noticed. Even worse? My sister thinks she heard her die. Having just looked, I must say that I am in awe of just how ugly LJ has managed to make the profile pages. I didn't think it could really get worse except on purpose, and I actually sort of like the color. Bravo, staff. Bravo.
